Terms and conditions

1. For all inquiries related to the conference agenda, information, or registration process, please contact our Event Coordinator, Jean Ashley, at jean@theacse.com.
2. The list of attendees, which includes delegates' names, affiliations, and countries, will be circulated among sponsors. If you do not want your details to be included, please inform us by email at jean@theacse.com.
3. The deadline for speaker registration is January, 31, 2024. After that, no further speakers will be accepted.
4. The listener's registration fee is non-refundable and will remain open until Tuesday, February 17, 2024.
5. Speaker registration cancellations are only accepted up to two weeks before the event. Please email our Event Coordinator at jean@theacse.com to cancel. A 1000PKR administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.
6. Reimbursement for cancellations will be made after February 25, 2024.
